The map below shows the sites that my 5th and 6th grade students are studying over the course of the school year. The original purpose of the project involved studying the life cycle events of plants and animals in order to understand connections to climate. They are observing and creating questions for research or experimentation, as well as posting analysis and conclusions. Other ideas for study have sprung up along the way... and I'm sure more will come!
